Paula was able to connect easily with my animals. She was able to confirm the name my cat wanted and what type of bed she wanted. The second the bed got here Sasha ran and jumped into it knowing it was hers.

Paula has continued to impress me with her empathy, kind spirit, deep connection with the animals, and accuracy of her information. Paula sees and knows things down to the specific details that I haven't seen before which continues to amaze me. Her kindness and compassion set her apart.
